Return & Cancellation

 1. Return of products acceptable under any of the following condition

• When products delivered have Genuine Manufacturing Defect.
• When wrong product was received from what was ordered.

2. Liability restrited to replacement of pen.

3. In both of the above cases, we will completely replace the product once the products are returned to the origin. On your request, we will exchange that product with a new product.

4. Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service if you detect any damages or defects within 72 business hours of receiving the order.

5. In other cases, if your shipment is lost by third party logistics provider we will send your replacement product with in next 5 business days.
